Virginia Temporary Emergency Standard – What you don’t know can hurt your business. Come, get the facts!

As a result of COVID-19, Virginia was the first and one of a few states to introduce temporary emergency standards for the workplace. The Virginia Occupational Safety and Health program (VOSH) developed guidelines designed to protect workers and “to control, prevent, and mitigate the spread of COVID-19” in the workplace. Every business within the jurisdiction of VOSH is required to follow these guidelines and failure to comply may result in financial penalties.

If you have employees and fall under VOSH”s jurisdiction, this is a must attend.
